Netherlands Work Visas & Permits.

The Netherlands is a member of the European Union (EU); therefore, citizens of the EU, EEA, or Switzerland do not need a work permit to work in the country. However, they are still required to register with the municipality where they reside.

The following documents are required as part of the registration process: Valid passport or national ID, Original birth certificate, and a Lease agreement.

Non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals will need to obtain a residence and work permit to work legally in the country. Employers are required to act as recognized sponsors and register with the Chamber of Commerce.
