What payment methods do you offer?

We accept credit and debit cards for our Individual subscription plans. For our Enterprise product, we send an invoice that can be paid with a credit/debit card. In some countries, you also have the option of a bank debit.

There are no contracts or setup fees during the free trial.  After the free trial a subscription is required to use Gia.

To cancel your plan:

1. Go to your Gia Home page.

2. In the bottom left corner, click on the Subscription indicator.

3. Select Manage.

4. Then choose Manage Subscription.

5. Finally, select Cancel Subscription.

Is there sales or consumption taxes or VAT?

Yes, taxes apply to your purchase. The specific taxes, such as sales tax, consumption tax, or VAT, will be determined by the laws of your country, state, and city.

What is your refund policy?

Your subscription to Gia is non-refundable. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test the service and decide if it's right for you before you're charged. If you choose to cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to the service until then.

How can I switch to annual billing?

To change your subscription plan to annual billing: 1. Cancel your current monthly subscription. 2. Once your current billing period is close to ending, sign up for a new subscription. 3. During the sign-up process, select the annual billing option.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Immediate Access: You retain full access to your data and can export/download all uploaded documents until your current billing period ends. After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, allowing you to retrieve any important information. Data Deletion: After the 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted, including: Uploaded HR documents and policies Chat history and query logs Custom tasks and templates Account settings and preferences Reactivation: If you reactivate within the 30 days, all your data will be fully restored. After 30 days, you'll start with a clean account.
